The overall reconstruction of Parta Blvd. is part of Provision of Green and Accessible Environment in Montana City project. The main goal of the project is to improve the infrastructure and living environment in the city. Parta Blvd. is of a total length of 1.5 km and is one of the busiest boulevards of Montana.

Implemented Activities: A total of 28,000 sq m road pavement, 4,000 sq m sidewalks and 8,000 m of curbstones were fully replaced. New elastic protection fences and new horizontal and vertical road marking were placed. The steel rails of the bridges and the existing lighting fixtures were replaced as well. New landscape design of the green areas of the adjoining spaces was implemented.
