The Sveti Douh (Sanctus Spiritus) Park is one of the four sites, which are implemented within the framework of the Provision of Green and Accessible Environment in Montana City project. The main goal of the project is the improvement of the infrastructure and living environment in the city and the establishment of better outdoor recreation and entertainment conditions. The completely new Sveti Douh Park is the only city park in the most populated region of Montana – Mladost, Pliska and Zheravi quarters.

Implemented Activities: The Park covers an overall area of 1.2 hectares, of which 8,000 sq m of green areas with adjoining irrigation systems, a 55 m high fountain of attractive water architecture and two smaller fountains, flower gardens, gazebos, benches, children’s playgrounds, bicycle trails and a parking lot. Energy saving park lighting has been installed and generally accessible environment for disabled people has been set up.
